Unlock iphone 4s (from canada) for us in India

Hey guys,

I got an iPhone 4S from canada (not sure which carrier) and want to use it in india. Is there a RELIABLE paid service i can use to unlock the phone to use in India? thanks for your help.

not sure what the baseband is. (i assume latest)
